About Me

Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Christina McDonald and I am a therapist, NLP coach and writer. I came to London about twenty years ago after completing my music degree at Queen's University Belfast. After a while, I decided that I wanted something different. As much as I loved music, the world of performing can be highly stressful and I decided to plot a different course. I always had a keen interest in personal and spiritual growth and I felt this was what I wanted to explore. It was around this time that I started working through my three reiki degrees - and that is when the adventure started!  

I completed my training at the Quest Institute, London achieving my HPD in cognitive hypnotherapy and a master practitioner diploma in NLP. As someone who has also been through narcissistic abuse too, I know only too well just how dark and traumatising this experience can be. Nobody should have to go through this alone. My goal is to help you get in touch with who you truly are so you can develop the natural confidence to be yourself, free from the trauma bond. Empowerment and true happiness comes from within and you have the ability to heal from this.  As a professionally trained and experienced therapist and NLP coach, I share the tools, understanding and insight to help you to create the life you imagine so you can live in a way that supports your true happiness.

I work with everyone as an individual and my goal is to help you live your best life - a life that is authentically yours and one that makes you truly happy. Creating the changes we want in life isn't always easy - but it is entirely possible! You always begin by taking a single step and a lot of it is about developing daily positive habits that will help you reach your desired outcome.
