Cognitive hypnotherapy is a healing modality that is tailored to the individual. It draws from many different therapeutic aspects such as NLP, positive psychology and CBT to help create the solutions you need. In life there is not a 'one size fits all approach' for every issue - everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for someone else. It stands to reason that therapy should also embrace the unique needs of the individual.
I work with everyone as an individual who has arrived at their particular set of problems from their own unique experiences and my goal is to help you live your best life - a life that is authentically yours and one that makes you truly happy. Creating the changes we want in life isn't always easy - but it is entirely possible! Life can become overwhelming, confusing and sometimes, we can just get 'stuck' in our heads with old thoughts, behavioural patterns and habits that no longer serve us. Really, this is a process of unlearning what we may have mistakenly believed to be true about ourselves - and that's where the real magic begins!
